Facebook Taking Strides To Better Promote Games

Discover New Games module will show users what their friends are playing.
Facebook is testing an additional sidebar module to promote games across the site. The Discover New Games module will show users which of their friends are playing certain games, displaying the names and faces of those playing a title they've yet to add. In addition, a 'Play Now' link will allow users to quickly access the title should it appeal to them. The module will sit among the existing ones, such as People You May Know and Recommended Pages.
