Warhammer Online devs have announced that v1.4.1 will be deployed on all servers on Tuesday, March 1, 2011. The new patch will bring several important changes including a new claim window for account entitlements, armor changes and something called "scenario shakeup".

European players are being invited to a Welcome Back Weekend by Codemasters to herald the start of the unlimited free play version of the game. During the Welcome Back weekend scheduled for March 3-7th, players will receive double XP and new players will receive 250 points to spend in the LOTRO Store during the weekend.

Sony Online Entertainment has announced that applications for the G.I.R.L. Game Scholarships are now being accepted. Winners are selected from a pool of applicants and are awarded up to $10,000 in money to be used for educational expenses. Winners also receive a 10-week internship with SOE.
