E32010: Kinect Star Wars Title Announced

Gesture based Jedi combat game shown off at Microsoft's press conference and due for 2011.
In the short demo shown by LucasArts, the player character in the as yet unamed title used their lightsabre to bounce back waves of stormtrooper blaster fire. Other force powers appeared to be activated by gestures of the player's free hand. The demo ended on the promise of a lightsabre duel - though how such a mechanic will work is unclear.
