Plants Vs Zombies The “Top-Grossing iPhone Launch Ever”

The iPhone and iPod touch adaptation of Plants Vs Zombies sold more than 300,000 units in its first nine days of availability, making it the “top-grossing iPhone launch ever”, according to developer PopCap.
At a retail price point of $2.99, the title has already grossed over $1 million.
PopCap said that 95 per cent of buyers had given the game five out of five stars on the App Store's rating system, making it the highest-rated product available from the online marketplace.
