Nintendo Patent Hints At DS Rumble Feature

Nintendo filed a patent for a hardware rumble feedback feature in October of 2009.
Previous patents filed by the platform holder have also hinted at the potential introduction of haptic technology - a tactile feedback technology which takes advantage of a user's sense of touch by applying forces, vibrations, and/or motions upon the user - and the latest suggests that a force feedback-enabled system and/or stylus could be in the works.
