Fallout Injunction Falls Out

US District Judge denies Bethesda's attempt to block Interplay from selling Fallout games.
Gamasutra reports that Interplay will be able to continue selling Fallout Trilogy, a bundle of Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics, along with the titles on an individual basis. Interplay will also be able to continue work on its Fallout MMO.
