Casual Connect 09: iPhone Crashes The Party

“We set out to get a million users in a year, and we got a million users in ten days,” Bart Decrem told an audience of developers and publishers at the Casual Connect conference in Seattle. Clearly, the chief executive from Tapulous has seen amazing results from the iPhone.
Dean Takahashi, the veteran technology journalist, added some perspective. In two years, the iPhone has sold around 46 million units – compared with around 106 million Nintendo DS units sold since 2004, and around 48 million Sony PSP units sold since 2005.
