Microsoft Announces New Development Kit

Microsoft is introducing game designers to its next generation of dev kits, as part of wider plans to further engage with the development community.
The platform holder’s new development and test kit (pictured) is fitted with twice the memory of the original. According to Microsoft, this additional memory aims to provide more efficient production for content creators, and will allow developers to smoothly run videogame assets alongside debugging and optimisation tools.
