Godfather Lawsuit Settled Out of Court

The upcoming trial between Paramount Pictures and the estate of Godfather author Mario Puzo has been called off, as both parties have reportedly settled for an agreement out of court.
Lawyers representing the estate of Puzo – who passed away ten years ago – initially filed for a $1 million lawsuit back in June after alleging it was owed profits from the commercial success of EA’s Godfather game.
